Health Insurance Plans

Artemis has performed successful vein treatment procedures for years, and we can help take care of any pre-authorization needed prior to your procedure. The majority of vein procedures are covered by insurance, and we accept most insurance plans, including Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, TriCare, Cigna, Cofinity, Medicare, and many others.

If you’re concerned that you might not be covered, ask our staff to have your treatment pre-qualified. We’ll take the extra time to specifically compare your condition and coverage to previous clients and report back to you with our results so you can make an informed decision.

We will bill your primary health insurance company directly. If we haven’t heard from your insurer after 30 to 45 days, we may ask for your help in contacting them. Amounts that are denied, rejected or unpaid may become your responsibility, depending on your plan type and benefits.
