Artemis has performed successful vein treatment procedures for years, and we can help take care of any prior authorization needed before your procedure. Most vein procedures are covered by insurance, and we accept most insurance plans, including Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, TriCare, Cigna, Cofinity, Medicare, Medicaid, Humana, and many others.
If you’re concerned that you might not be covered, ask us if we are in network with your plan, and in most cases, we can get you an out-of-pocket cost estimate if you have any patient responsibility. We’ll take the extra time to specifically compare your condition and coverage to previous patients and inform you of your responsibility so you can make an informed decision prior to treatment.
We will bill your primary health insurance company directly. If we haven’t heard from your insurer after 30 to 45 days, we may ask for your help contacting them. Amounts denied, rejected, or unpaid may become your responsibility, depending on your plan type and benefits.
For your convenience, we accept personal checks, debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), and Care Credit.
Payments can be made in person or by phone at our business office.
Financing options are available, and include CareCredit and automatic payments. Please call us directly at 720-571-9730 to discuss financing options.
Artemis provides GFE notices in compliance with the No Surprises Act. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
As a patient at Artemis, you can receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.
